Terms of Service

You can use BulkFlow if you operate a Shopify store, are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live), and agree to follow these Terms. BulkFlow is a tool for managing your own inventory; reselling access or using it on behalf of someone whose store you don't operate is not permitted.

BulkFlow is a SaaS inventory companion for Shopify merchants who sell the same SKU in multiple pack sizes. It computes pack-variant availability from a bulk-units count using the formula available_packs = floor(bulk_units / pack_size) and pushes the result to Shopify's inventory API on every change.

• BulkFlow is billed through Shopify's Billing API. The charge appears on your existing Shopify invoice.
• Pricing tiers are shown at install time and on the App Store listing. You explicitly approve every charge inside the Shopify admin.
• Free plan: $0 forever, up to 15 SKUs with live Shopify push-sync included. Paid plans: starting at $19/mo. Cancel any time by uninstalling.
• Refunds: Shopify processes pro-rated refunds at its discretion through the standard Shopify Billing refund flow.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current tier until they actively re-subscribe.

• Keep your Shopify admin credentials and BulkFlow user accounts secure. Use 2FA where offered.
• Configure BulkFlow correctly for your workflow. We provide an onboarding wizard, a Pilot Mode for safe rollout, and an audit log, but we can't decide for you which SKUs to manage.
• Don't use BulkFlow to violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law.

• Keep your data isolated from every other BulkFlow merchant. Multi-tenancy is enforced server-side.
• Respond to Shopify's three mandatory GDPR webhooks (see Privacy Policy).
• Notify you within 72 hours if we discover a data breach involving your shop's data.
• Aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify's APIs, MongoDB Atlas, or other upstream providers.

You own everything in your BulkFlow workspace: your SKU catalog, your bulk counts, your movement history, your settings. Uninstall and within 48 hours every byte tied to your shop is permanently deleted (we cannot recover it).

• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempts to bypass authentication.
• No automated abusive load on our APIs. We rate-limit; egregious offenders are blocked.
• No attempts to access another merchant's data.
• No content that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

BulkFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep inventory in sync, you remain responsible for double-checking critical operations — especially Push Sync, mass imports, and movement reversals. We provide an audit log, dry-run modes, and Pilot Mode specifically so you can verify before committing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkFlow's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost sales, lost data, lost profits) except where the law doesn't permit us to exclude them.

You may uninstall BulkFlow from your Shopify admin at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms (e.g. attempting to access another merchant's data) with reasonable notice unless the breach is severe enough to warrant immediate action.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify active merchants by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes that can't be resolved by good-faith conversation will be handled in the state courts of your principal place of business — we won't drag you into a faraway jurisdiction.
